1 pkg chocolate or chocolate fudge cake mix
1 sm pkg sugar free cherry jello
2 egg whites
10-18 maraschino cherries (chopped)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Mix all together. If the dough is too dry add a little cherry juice. Drop by small scoop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes. Makes approximately 48 cookies for 1 point each.
