1 orange cake mix
1 egg white
1 small package sugar free orange jello
Zest of 1 small orange
1 Tablespoon of orange juice
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup fat free sour cream

Mix all together. Drop onto sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Makes 48 cookies at 1 point each
